AGA-WTS is the scheduling front end for the CAL calendar. Where PTM makes a ticket for a task now, AGA-WTS schedules a task into a weekday + hour slot so Windows Task Scheduler raises the ticket later, on cadence.
Where it fits — the CAL calendar
CAL is NZRT's orchestration time-surface, with the containment model CAL ⊃ AGA ⊃ PJS ⊃ TSK: the calendar holds agendas (one folder per weekday, 001AGA Mon … 006AGA Sat), each agenda carries a set of projects (PJS), and each project carries tasks (TSK). Sunday is a rest day.
AGA-WTS is the editor for that structure. It writes the agenda source that the CAL calendar view — calendar.html — renders, and every Save + Generate rebuilds calendar.html, so the interactive calendar reflects the new schedule immediately. At run time each due TSK becomes a Dolibarr TIC (ticket) that an AGT (agent) performs.
How it works
Per weekday × hour slot, pick a project → agent → that agent's Dolibarr task. Save, then Generate. Nothing is retyped — a slot stores DOL ids only (project_id, task_id, agent, time, mode); the label and description are resolved live from Dolibarr at compile time.

aga_source.json (validated: times are one of the six slots, one row per hour per day, project/agent/task present).
- Save + Generate also runs
gen_aga.py, rebuilding aga_data.json (what run_agenda_slot.py reads), the per-weekday .md folders, and the CAL calendar.html view.
- auto rows are what WTS fires; manual rows (money / go-live / permissions) are logged for xc, never auto-created.
- The task dropdown lists only tasks the chosen agent is Responsable for (DOL
TASKEXECUTIVE), so a slot always routes to the accountable agent.
- The six slot tasks (
NZRT-tic-slot-0900 … 1400, Mon–Sat) must be Enabled in Task Scheduler for firing to happen.

DOLIBARR_API_KEY (env or create_agents/.env) is required — the pickers and the compile read live from Dolibarr. Shares ticket_core.py with PTM/SPF; the compiler is RPO-win\CAL\gen_aga.py.
