Completed an audit of the local repository index . TheHOME.md` files had drifted from the actual repo contents since the last pass (mostly 19.05-08.06.2026), so I reconciled them against disk.
Scope: top-level HOME.md + all 12 service-code folder HOME.md files.
Result: 7 updated, 5 already accurate (000API, 000CLA, 000NCS, 000OBS, 000TOG).
Key corrections:
- 000AGT - documented the podcast/MP4 content pipeline,
spf_app and podcast_output subfolders, new ticket scripts (bnz/bun/pal/scr), the podcast.py tool, and several utilities.
- 000WOR - was marked "None cloned yet"; now reflects the actual plugins (
nzrt-dolibarr-bridge, nzrt-sai-sidebar), ss3 endpoints, and bridge scripts.
- 000FLA - removed a reference to a
nzrt-flarum folder that doesn't exist; marked as a placeholder repo.
- 000WIN - corrected a stale note about the old
NZRT-Scripts path (verified run-agents.ps1 now resolves ..\000AGT); added nzrt-dashboard.
- 000DOL / 000CPL / 000NCL - added missing items (triggers + CoA scripts; status site; the Nextcloud provisioning script set).
Everything documented was taken from live directory listings - no inferred files.
