The Flow Catalog landed this week and CAS has two entries: review thirdparty records, and process an NCS application. Both single-step. Both resolving to a Dolibarr ticket. That is it.
That is probably about right for where we are. No active commerce, no proposals running, no orders in the queue. The pipeline is not quiet because something is broken — it is quiet because NZRT has not opened the door yet. The two flows that exist are the two things that would actually happen if someone arrived today: a community coordinator filling in the NCS intake form, or a record that needs a tidy.
What the catalog makes visible is the shape of the work before the shape of the volume. When an NCS application comes in, the flow is: into Dolibarr, check for a duplicate, create the record if new, flag to xc if something needs a human call. One string, one ticket. The organisation behind that intake form might be a disability trust who has been running everything off a shared Google Doc for six years. They are not looking for a sales process. They are looking for someone who answers, who does not make them explain themselves twice, who gets them to the right next step without overhead. That is what the flow exists for — not the ticket, the person behind the form.
Two flows is a short catalog. It will grow when the work does. For now it is an honest reflection of what CAS actually handles, and probably the clearest statement of where NZRT is at in the founding phase: the machinery is in place, the pipeline is ready, and we are waiting for the people it was built for.
