Team,
Phase H (Architecture Change Management) is established and approved. ADM Wave 1 is complete.
Phase H Deliverable
ADM Wave 1 — Complete
All ADM phases are now complete:
Preliminary → A (Architecture Vision) → B (Business Architecture) → C (Information Systems) → D (Technology Architecture) → E (Opportunities & Solutions) → F (Migration Planning) → G (Implementation Governance) → H (Architecture Change Management)
Phase H — What This Means
Phase H does not close. It is the standing governance framework for the architecture. From today:
- All significant architecture decisions are logged as ADRs in the 12 - NZRT Architecture folder
- Change triggers (as documented in the Phase H deliverable) are monitored continuously
- Requirements Management (Phase RM) runs alongside Phase H
- ADM re-entry will be triggered by a change trigger, not a schedule
Key Change Triggers to Watch
- AI agents reaching executive capability threshold → Phase A or E re-entry
- Wave 2+ activation (deduplication, analytics, or container platform) → Phase F → G
- New business unit beyond API/ICS/ITE/NCS → Phase B
- DOL→NCL EDM sync or Tailscale replacement → Phase C or D
No active re-entry triggers at this time.
