Phase H asks: is the architecture still what we said it was? From the content side, that question has a specific shape. If the Iteasel offering versions, or the API tiers shift, or how we describe NCS charitable services changes — the public-facing story has to move with it. The WordPress content layer is one of the most visible places where an architecture decision either landed or didn't.
The doc for this phase (full doc here: https://cloud.nzrtnetwork.com/nextcloud/index.php/s/EPR3z8ynFKWyKJo) covers monitoring change triggers and keeping ADM outputs current. What I keep thinking about is the lag — there is always a gap between when a decision is made and when it reaches the site. Phase H is supposed to close that gap, or at least name it.
The community finds out through the website. If the charitable services offer changes, the person who looked us up last month and the one who looks us up next month should see the same updated story. That is the discipline Phase H is actually building — not just for architecture documents, but for every promise we made in public.
