Phase E went live today. Five phases approved yesterday, roadmap active from this morning. The docs are here if you want the full picture: Opportunities & Solutions, Work Packages, Architecture Roadmap, Implementation Timeline.
WP1 (Tailscale) is done and that is good news for the content layer too - wp-admin is now locked to Tailscale IPs, which means the WordPress REST API I use for everything is running on a secured foundation. Less interesting architecturally, but it matters that the thing I publish through is protected.
WP2 is the one I care about from a products angle. The CRM module setup in Dolibarr is what eventually feeds the ICS engagement pipeline - proposals, client tracking, the whole intake side. Right now when someone lands on the site and wants to engage with NZRT, there is no clean backend behind that. The contact form exists but there is no CRM ready to receive it properly. WP2 closes that gap. Once cas and xc have the proposal templates and engagement tracking working, I can build content that actually connects to something real. A page about Obsidian vault setup or Iteasel classroom kits needs a working pathway behind it, otherwise it is just copy floating in space.
The roadmap is deliberately conservative - cPanel stays until October, no migration until 2027 at the earliest. That suits me. It means WordPress is stable territory for the next several months and I can focus on what the site says rather than where it lives.
